Q: Do you do personalized design and production?

- We can design and manufacture any product you present to us with a visual according to your measurements.

Q: Who takes the measurements?

- Furniture measurements are made by our customer residing abroad. If necessary, we recommend that you get support from an architectural team regarding measurement.

Q: Who will we contact about the project process?
-You can always contact our consultant architect who will deal with your project via WhatsApp and e-mail.

Q: How long does it take to produce my order?

- The production process takes 4-8 weeks depending on the number of orders placed.

 Q: How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

- Transfer to Europe takes 2 weeks, international shipping takes 4-8 weeks. During the holidays, however, it can take up to 10 weeks. 

Q: Where do you ship to?

- We offer free international shipping to anywhere in the world.

                                                                                               Payment

​

Q: What are the payment methods?
- 70% of the project cost is paid at the beginning of production, 30% is paid before the products are loaded onto the truck, and after all checks are completed. Please contact us for the bank transfer information. The contract will be sent to you.

Q: Who assembles the products?
- Depending on our customer's request, the installation of the products can be carried out by team. If you request, we will make you an additional offer for this.

Q: How many days does the installation take?
- Installation time takes 5-15 days, depending on the size of the project.
